Do you have a very brave Teddy Bear? Register them to do a special parachute jump from the top of St Lawrence Church to celebrate the jubilee on Saturday 4th June from 10-2pm.
All teddy bears taking part will receive a certificate for their bravery. You will need to make them a suitable parachute at home or at one of our workshops during half term.
Monday 30th May – FREE crafts in church and parachute making 10-1pm
Wednesday 1st June – Parachute making workshop in Library – Time TBC
Other teddy themed activities and stalls will be taking place on the day.
£5 PER TEDDY BEAR – money raised will go towards the Centenary Project in Hatfield, employing a Youth, Children’s and Families Worker to support the church and engage with the local community in Hatfield.
Teddy Bears will be given a 30 minute time slot for the day, and we ask that you arrive during that time for their parachute jump.
In the event of high winds or heavy rain this event may be postponed until another date
